Management is ignorant and overconfident, their decision even technical ones are shaped by opinion not reality. They are bullies and will berate empleyees, even for mistakes of their own. Benefits are poor and got worse. They believe they are victims to employees. There have been incompetent people in important positions, but instead of paying for a well-prepared team member, they will hire underpaid interns to do important jobs, something they have turned into some sort of business renting them houses and cars. Overall not a serious company.
