I would say that my experience was fair till the last few months. Alot of factors outside of their control happened but I can say that there were good people who tried to work with associates.

Unfortunately there were moments where as an associate, management did not have my back on situations that were outside of my control. There was a situation where a customer who switched service to Cricket could not receive phone calls from Verizon. Management were aware of the situation and did not help. They wouldn't even pay for the customer to change their number despite the fact that the customer didn't do anything for this to happen. Bad call on their behalf.
