Terrible sweatshop-type labour - werkgeversreview Team Leader bij RGIS

Early morning shifts (5am-9am), or night shifts (10pm-3am) are the only ones available. Prepare to have no social life. Management treats you like garbage. People you work with have terrible body odour & are not smart at all. To be honest I don't know how this company is still functioning. I started as an auditor (min wage) then got promoted to a team leader, who has to carry a bulky printer around and oversee all the min wage workers are doing fine + hit the entry per hour target. All that work for only $1/hr extra. You're better off working at McDonald's or Starbucks.
