Pluspunten
Since joining as graduate, RHP have done everything possible to help me progress with my career. They are even helping me achieve a finance qualification, which while not directly relevant to my current role will help me in future roles. RHP has a great culture of work/life balance. It is true that we take our work seriously but not ourselves, which makes it a truly great place to work. They aren't a double platinum employer for nothing! The initiative 'Your Work Your Way' constantly shocks my friends and family for how progressive it is. It's through conversations with others that you really appreciate what a great employer RHP is to work for.

There really aren't any cons to working at RHP. There is a slight gap for diversity and inclusion, but it has been recognised and the organisation are leading the way to resolve it.
