Pluspunten

I love the culture and ambition of the company. Their Your Work, Your Way policy supports individual flexibility rather than one size fits all. I've felt supported working remotely but also love getting back into the office.

Minpunten

For anyone who needs to drive to the office, the CPZ has just been extended, making it difficult to find parking. However there are good public transport links.

Pluspunten

Very supportive of employees, many perks. RHP is a rapidly growing company so there are growing pains but management and HR always have an open door to address concerns. Yes, some departments have more growth positions than others but all managers I've observed are fair and supportive. Pay and benefits are good from my vantage point of view.

Minpunten

With all growing companies, there are growing pains. A department may become overloaded while RHP adjusts to bring in more people. Nature of the double-edged sword. In my seven years there, I've seen nothing more effort to support employees.

They could standardize their "promote from within" policy. Some managers are great about it, others not so much.
