Minpunten
Extremely poor leadership and toxic culture. The owner practices heavy micromanagement, insists on being involved in all processes — even in technical areas he clearly does not understand — and often disrupts the workflow. He behaves disrespectfully towards employees, calls people just 5 minutes before the end of the workday and keeps them for hours, and frequently sends messages or calls on private phones outside of working hours, including weekends. We were expected to work overtime and weekends without fair compensation. Salaries were below market rate and promises of raises were not fulfilled. The work atmosphere was tense, and communication from management was often rude and dismissive.
