      Pluspunten

      - Fairly easy work - Management is pleasant enough at first.

      Minpunten

      - The pay is abysmal - Yu pay a postage fee for mailed checks or schedules - There is a fee for Direct Deposit - Little or no training -Orientation is unpaid - No benefits or vacation days - Little to no communication from management, especially about scheduling. - I was told the area I'd be monitoring was very quiet. It's been a week and already there have been 5 arrests, three heroin overdoses and a lot of domestic violence that I was ill prepared for. i was also accused for car theft by one of the residents.

      - Choice of post - Staff will work with you on scheduling - Flexible hours (due to variety of posts) - Uniform

      Minpunten

      - Training is post-specific, so many posts are not the same training-wise - Potential for long drive to post - Health Insurance is 50$/paycheck

      Pluspunten

      Lots of work sites, easy hiring process as long as you're not a drug addict, corporate office wants to make sure client needs are met in a cost effective manner, uniforms issued same day and is cheap; paid by a 5 dollar uniform deposit weekly that's paid back when you return uniforms when you quit.

      Minpunten

      Low pay(they're being the cheapest contract somehow right?), the health insurance is so expensive nobody can really afford it and to make ends meet, the reason I recommend as a second job/part time gig.
