Very high $ quota. Unless you are signing 1-2 new contracts a months AND closing, you will never see a commission and they will let you go because your quota rolls over every month, and you can never dig yourself out. 50+ calls a day behind a screen, calling companies and people who do not want to talk to you. Be prepared for the all white boys club, only one POC employee
