Pluspunten
Interview process was easy. I worked here for 3 years. It was great. Ronnie, the CEO, takes care of his employees. He is very understanding and accommodating if you open up to him. The firm offers Kaiser and UHC for medical which I really like. The Kaiser plan is one of the best and is 100% paid by firm. It’s very laid back, you’re not constantly on your toes and the people here are really some of the best. Not a corporate environment where you’re constantly being micromanaged. Just get your work done and you’ll do great.
Minpunten
None that I can think of, there are difficult and easier days but there’s a great team to lean on. It’s a smaller firm so growth may be limited due to positions not being available (most people have been here 10+ years so that says a lot). You learn a lot from the legal and business side.
