I took a job at RK after being pretty much being dragged out my old position to work for them. I was super excited and glad to start working. 1 week into my employment I was USED (that’s being said lightly) as an excuse to report one of my higher ups by her own boss… (which I feel terrible about). After that I was actively retaliated on by my manager. I was set up numerous times and was ganged up on by her gremlins. One story that will never escape my memory was when I was being yelled at and disrespected in front of everyone because I didn’t hand a folder to her. I was called names and told that “I didn’t know what I was talking about”…. Shortly after this I was told that I wasn’t performing how they wanted me to and that I needed to show improvement and confidence( In short they put me in a PIP to gear up to fire me). Readers please note before leaving my old job my wife was 8 months pregnant and they told me that I was wanted there and that I can count on them for security for my family……….. 2 months in I was fired… If you think things couldn’t get worse for me.. we’ll think again. They tried to blackmail me with a severance package and told that I need to sign the severance or I would not elegible for unemployment… I’m writing this because I was stupid enough to let these people play with me and my family… please please don’t let them play with yours
