      Pluspunten

      Leaving RKON was difficult due to the friendships you make at this company, the teams are all close knit and makes work a lot more fun when you have actual friendly connections with everybody you work with. One year at RKON is equal to about three years experience at other jobs with how much is thrown at you to learn in a challenging technical space.

      Minpunten

      Some people can't handle the work load, the company is growing extremely fast so if you're looking to just mail it in everyday, RKON isn't the place for you. You will be busy, but you will be rewarded for it.

      People have heart and dedication. Solid in-house knowledge of the PE space. The company is generally welcoming and warm.

      Minpunten

      The company can be a crucible for some and a desert for others. Reliance on PE sales means adherence to PE timelines and those timelines are often set externally or without internal consultation. Pushback is often not tolerated. Because of the short-term profit-first mindset, internal investment in capability building is downplayed and people are often asked to just work harder.
