They recognize demands during busy season are a lot and make efforts to appreciate and support staff with meals and morale opportunities

Minpunten

Busy season is a reality of accounting so be prepared to work a lot February to May. RLB tries to support staff with meals when working late and celebrating when we reach the finish line.

Terrible management Extremely long hours during tax season. Employees working 80hrs or more per week are celebrated Low pay, expected to generate clients, all time is tracked and time budgets assigned to files are unrealistic
