Overloaded onsite with reports and invoice inputting and more reports. Spoken to poorly by managers and if you ask the help desk for anything then you are responded to like you are "special" or remarks are made behind your back. You are made aware of the fact that you replaceable at any given time. There are clicks and will only move up if you are liked and play along with the mangers who don't even respect upper management. Onsite mangers who lock themselves in their office and can't even help the leasing people. No training at all, just tossed into a job and figure it out as you go. No life /work balance as you are so over worked and stressed out for anything else. Forget giving residents good service as you grow to dislike hearing residents complaint at you, the managers complain at you and the upper management complaining that we are not getting enough leases.
