Where to start..... Well, when looking at the company on Social Media you would believe that you're going to work for somewhere on the scale of Google, they have this online presence like "Culture" and a "Great working environment" is at the top of their priority list, this is no where near the case, the whole place is designed to fill the ego of the CEO. Unfortunately everything you see on social media is totally fake and acted out by either the close inner circle of staff or new people that have yet to learn how it really is there and what the true nature of the business is. When you attend an interview they express how great the company is to work for and how much training and growth you will receive, they also go through your commission package which on paper seems to be good but in reality they will do anything they can when it comes to payday to get out of paying you any bonus they can, making up pathetic excuses about why the deal is no good for the company. They spoon feed certain members of staff from their "inner circle" better leads and praise them in meetings like they're something spectacular when in reality they have had to do minimal work in comparison to everyone else, this just angers everyone else and ruins the atmosphere in the office. They supply their favorite staff with ridiculous made up titles to make them feel important, but then give them zero training on how to effectively manage a team, this is proven my their massive staff turn over and 1* reviews from previous staff members, you can also tell which 5* reviews are fake on here as most of them are just copied from their apparent "Core Values" on their website. The CEO has an apparent open door policy, this is the case if you're doing something that benefits him or his ego, other than that you're left to stew with any issues for weeks until you finally get to sit down and speak with him, there is literally no point in using the chain of command as speaking to your team lead gets you no where. I don't work within support but I have witnessed the how they are treated, maybe they would reach the companies totally failing SLA's if the team was actually valued and looked after? Maybe stop employing naive young people that will believe the nonsense the company spouts and put more effort into retaining your more experienced staff?
