ROI Solutions is a great place to work, and teamwork and collaboration are keys to this. Most employees have direct nonprofit fundraising or technology experience, which makes a big difference in the company's approach to define its priorities and ability to truly partner with clients. Client service and relationships are the #1 priority. Employees aren't afraid to work hard, move fast and try new things for the benefit of ROI's clients, but it is also done with a joie de vivre that has become a real rarity. It helps when you like your clients. ROI Solutions is probably the last independent technology provider in the sector, and it is a fierce independence at that. I've worked at a number of other nonprofit-focused companies...and priorities always shift after the infusion of VC or investment money. ROI Solutions is very particular about the clients it serves and the partnerships it forms, which is a breath of fresh air. Growth solely for the sake of growth isn't a factor here. Do right by our clients and they'll do right by you.
Minpunten
I don't view this as a con, but ROI Solutions is a best-of-breed company focused solely on the CRM side of the technology stack. For those nonprofit organizations that are singularly focused on a "platform" or want an all-inclusive "solution in a box" (CRM+eCRM+Advocacy+whatever), then ROI might not get the full consideration it deserves. But that's what APIs are for! ROI has a key proficiency in integrations, which allows organizations to select the best tool for each need.
