The coworkers were friendly, cordial, helpful, and the team was professional. The office environment is also very good, close to the train station, free fruits every week, some snacks and fruits from within the company or shared by colleagues.
Minpunten
The management lacks transparency and tends to be quite impersonal. Decision-making often feels top-down, almost authoritarian at times, with one person having the final say. Many decisions come as a surprise to employees, with little to no communication beforehand.
