There are so many it's hard to decide which to include... I'll stick with the big one. I do not believe the current CEO, Margaret Keegan, is a good leader. She is certainly not equipped to turn this company back around to the great place it used to be. I've seen an immediate downturn in almost every area since she took over in 2022 - company culture and moral are at an all-time low, sales and financial performance have declined. Go ahead and blame it on the economy, we'll see where 2024 lands. A couple other observations that I believe speak volumes - 1. CEO does not log on to Teams like the rest of the organization - ever. She's offline and unavailable at all times. 2. CEO boasts on LinkedIn about her other ventures while the company, again, isn't doing well. 3. Top leadership is rarely aligned... Do you ever meet as a group? It's a shame where she's managed to lead this company. Top talent has left or been laid off due to the new sitting policy, which is a direct result of a decline in sales and less work. There were no bonuses, merit increases, or cost of living adjustments in 2023 due to company performance. Service awards (5, 10, 15, 20) have shifted from cash to a crappy gift of sample size items.

Benefits are subpar at best. The health insurance has high premiums. The company is revamping itself to a medtech CRO. They keep laying off valuable people and great leadership is leaving. If you ever decide to work here just know that you will be burnt out. Prepare to work long hours, nights and sometimes weekends just to meet their unrealistic deliverables and timelines. My department was always short staffed and they didn't care but proceeded to layoff more people. Only certain people's opinion mattered more than anyone elses. All the attention and opportunities went to specific people. It's hard to work when leadership plays favorites and punishes those who don't play well with their favorites. I'm glad I left.
