In addition, some technical courses are offered on-site. A decent cafeteria and an on-site gym further reflect the company's focus on balanced living. In general, the company still feels "small" enough that one can have candid discussions with decision makers (if one seeks them out) to better understand the company as a whole.
Minpunten
Some processes are slow and inter-departmental communication is especially not smooth. Internal transfers could be messy given the integration of HR with EMC. Middle management structure is frequently in flux, so some groups may be disorganized for periods of time.
