I’ve been with RTA for over 2 years and it is an incredible place to work. The culture is amazing. The work-life balance is great.

A lot is asked of employees as we are a start up but the effort is recognized and rewarded. It’s not a spot for someone who just wants to coast. We are all striving to be our best personally and professionally.

I can honestly say that RTA is the best company I've ever been a part of. The culture is uplifting, positive, and mission-oriented; you're truly an empowered stakeholder who's given the freedom to make decisions and give input to help achieve goals. There is a strong emphasis on acting with integrity and treating people the right way--this is clearly demonstrated in the daily actions of the incredible team at RTA.

Not exactly a "con", but being fully remote it can be easy to put in longer hours than you realize especially during the busy season. I feel like that's the case with any job, though. I left to pursue entrepreneurship, otherwise I would still be there!
