Brand new to the corporate world after 20 plus years of Govt service with almost no sales experience I was given an opportunity to prove myself. I'm enjoying being with a small rapidly growing company that my input is valued and I can make positive change. Being a smaller company I'm also getting to work with product development and help create things I've always wanted to have when I did the job. I'm enjoying the company of the people I work with, several reviews mentioned a toxic environment ... it doesn't even come close to the toxicity of Government work. Overall, I'm enjoying the work and the people and happy to be doing it.

Wearing several hats as a smaller company the work load can be overwhelming at times and a struggle to prioritize. As of right now the pay does not match the workload BUT I also realize that in sales it takes time to ramp up your pipeline and within due time I will be where I want to be.

The training foundation is solid—you’re prepared and trained before being thrown into the deep end. Salary plus commission: The more effort you put in, the better you become, and the more you earn. Coming from a career that didn’t necessarily reward proactive effort, I really appreciate the ability to increase my income by doing more, without having to log overtime. You may occasionally work some weekends for events or training. It’s not frequent and not a huge deal, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re not coming from a corporate background.
