It has been one of the most Unique and Cool places to work while providing great opportunities for individuals.

      Work/Life balance can be a challenge. Not so much that the job requires you to be in the building, more so that there are times where it can be tough to fully separate yourself outside of work hours.

      There’s no question this company has tremendous potential and access to an underserved market. The foundation is there—great product, passionate team, and clear demand. But it’s increasingly clear that the leadership lacks the consistency and strategic focus needed to capitalize on that potential. As long as Jesse remains, the company is at risk of squandering what could be a truly transformative opportunity.

      I have serious concerns about the current CEO and direction of the company. The CEO seems clinically delusional. Decisions at the executive level appear erratic and lack the strategic foresight necessary for sustainable growth. With current leadership, I fear the business will continue to face instability and decline.
