Lacks an articulable vision, lacks servant leadership, lacks culture. Lacks diversity in executive positions despite being the biggest player in an industry powered by diversity - this is, frankly, inexcusable. Acquisition of SDL has been poorly planned, executed and communicated; integration complexities have been left to employees to identify and solve, as if risk assessments were never done. Comp plans have been unreasonably delayed.
