- Non-organic growth, based on the aggressive strategy of acquiring competitors, which subsequently generates systemic internal political battles after which the biggest legacy companies smash all others' working culture. - Massive dismissals not linked to performance, including experienced, loyal, efficient, long-lasting staff. - Irresponsible top management pretending to keep growth simultaneous to massive revenue loss. - Employee promotions do not come with salary raises.

Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
