Interesting projects. Some very smart people that I enjoyed working with. Decent Pay and PTO. Good for a while.
Minpunten
Culture is not great. Bullying is a problem and covered up by some executives. Some bad apple employees don't get fired because they've been with the company a long time and can pretty much do what they want. HR seems to do whatever executives say. Seems like leadership cares more about the outward appearance of the culture instead of caring about employees. Health insurance is crazy expensive if you want to add family members. They talk about advancement opportunities for most employees, but only executives and a small batch of favorite employees seem to be earning them. I enjoyed doing a lot of work on different projects. I would not recommend staying here more than a year or two because it seems like many employees who stay for many years are essentially doing manager or director level work with no chance of actually becoming managers or directors. Career advancement is a bad joke. Many people leave because they can do better and get treated better elsewhere. People used to be more friendly and then it changed where they come to work and keep their door closed most of the day. Most of the fun events they had for employees don't happen anymore. Employee turnover seems high and a lot of people leave after a year.
