Tries hard to run a fear-based organization and entire field sales team laughs. People fly around USA weekly and get zero accomplished with minimal retail buyer contacts. Tons of outdated beer in retails stores and even more in distributors waiting to hit shelves and company could care less. No clue how to market or launch new products into the USA. Folks are leaving as fast as they can.
