Pluspunten
I enjoyed how flexible they were with hours. They treated me kindly and equally. In a short amount of time I was offered a promotion, proving they did notice hard work and rewarded it accordingly like an employer morally should.
Minpunten
They ask a lot, when it comes to work load, for minimum wage. The amount of tedious training on seemingly insignificant things can be a little daunting. The "commission system" when it came to selling product was a little weird, too. The quota on selling phones was a bit ridiculous considering how low in phone sales Radio Shack typically is. No one really goes to Radio Shack for a phone. Instead, they go for odds and ends dealing with electronics.
