Keys to succeed at SenDx: Have no communication skills, have zero people skills, know how to please few key people, demotivate people under you, never allow people under you to succeed. Supervisors do not allow people under them to succeed. They show no interest in the work of their sub ordinates. This happens when untalented insecure people with no people or communication skills are made supervisors. Truth is discouraged at this company. If you are friends with your supervisor outside work and/or if you both go together to the same bar for happy hour, this company is a heaven for you. Supervisors misguide employees.
