Stereotypical Construction/Industrial environment, even in executive office - werkgeversreview Anonieme werknemer bij Radius Recycling

There is a 1980's cutoff in evolution of culture between coworkers. There have been executive employees fired for sexual harassment after years of complaints, and there are still inappropriate comments between male employees. Sexism, racism, and gender stereotypes are uttered with no realization of the vulgarity. I have experienced this type of culture in previous employments in the past and expected far better at this company.
