From the moment I joined I was always welcomed with warm smiles and an inclusive culture. Everyone I've worked with brings something to the table in a unique way, and they've all so easily become friends of mine. Working for various agencies, this is quite rare. The hiring process is spot on, and it really feels like they take care and consideration when selecting the right people to join. There's something about Ragged Edgers - They're good people that do even better things.
