After rebrand to Wesco Anixter Salaries are not aligned with workload capacity : -Need to rotate work to other sites which is hyperscale DC . One hyperscale DC average around 20 data halls . Compared to Singapore , Malaysia take care more big DC & advanced technology of servers . More daily technical troubleshooting task . SG DC one site around 4 data halls only . Uncleared career progression plan : - Don’t have a clear promotion plan , a requirement to get promoted, a new package if promoted . No increment & bonus
