The long and too complex selection process, tense corporate culture - you don't feel to be a part of a united open-minded team. Even though the company has been around for many years, it feels like working for a startup (processes in some departments are cumbersome and disorganized).

You'll be able to work with truly remarkable engineers and product managers. The onboarding process and people management in general are also at a great level.

Minpunten

Speaking about its own products, the positioning, target audience and find a market fit can be pretty vague and not always consistent. Also, there were some questionable team management decisions at times: toxic people were kept for far too long, great managers were laid off because there was no scope for them to allocate.
