It has been a wonderful experience since I have joined Railsware. Best things so far: - organized - data-driven - no micro-management - skillfull coworkers - transparency

Minpunten

There's a lot to learn in a short period of time once you join the company in order to adapt to the company's culture. I do not consider it a con as everything I learned during the onboarding made me a better professional. However, one may struggle with that much information.

You'll be able to work with truly remarkable engineers and product managers. The onboarding process and people management in general are also at a great level.

Minpunten

Speaking about its own products, the positioning, target audience and find a market fit can be pretty vague and not always consistent. Also, there were some questionable team management decisions at times: toxic people were kept for far too long, great managers were laid off because there was no scope for them to allocate.
