Quite rare to have this trait in my experience. Talented people Professional HR that even after I left, they still responded and helped with my problems extremely quickly.

Just like any other company there are a couple of issues. Work load had been immensely unsustainable. Can't hire enough "qualified" people, while there's a lot of ambition on the product side.
