Ownership (family run), overall senior leadership is horrible. Game playing, unbelievably toxic! I have never worked in a place where the mind games run so rampant. Cruel unprofessional, slimy. Treatment of the people who DO the work is appalling! Disgusting! So thankful to be out of there. The overall damage to my health and my mental wellbeing over the years I worked there will take me a long time to work through and get over. So sad to see the demise of a company that once had so much potential. My thoughts are with the people that are still stuck there enduring the constant abuse and cruel games.
