Pluspunten
Rally was a great place to work before Optum consumed it. Absolutely wonderful staff, from seasonal team members to top management (within Rally, not Optum), that could ultimately do nothing as they watched everything good or special about our workplace slip away.
Minpunten
Optum has dramatically stripped benefits and PTO since fully absorbing Rally, and the company's previously great culture was completely dissolved. Most employees were too frightened of retaliation to join unionization efforts. Customer support went from being a dream job to understaffed misery as staff left in droves for better employment. Turns out that customer satisfaction's a lot lower when the staff members answering calls/emails are overwhelmed.
