It’s not often that I have felt as unwelcome as I did at RamQuest. If you’ve never worked in the title industry before, look elsewhere—you’ll always be on the outside looking in here. Constant finger pointing. Despite the fact that everyone has been there forever, nobody ever seems to have any idea what anyone is responsible for. No concept of team success. Management talks about wanting to be innovative, but there is zero support for actually making any real change in the way things are done. Really weird attribute in a “tech” company, which probably explains why most of the customers are still on a 30+ year old platform that looks and acts its age.
