If you're looking for a long-term career, this is the place. This firm will be around for a long time. Ramboll has a very rich compensation/benefits package. It offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as maternity/paternity leave. 401k match in addition to a pension plan with no contributions required from employees, which is rare. Generous sick leave and vacation hours compared to other industries. Free meals and many company-paid events. Competitive pay. I love it that the firm has good, "real" (degreed) HR people in almost every local office in the U.S. Good management. Best, upper management listen to their employees' feedback. Company takes good care of their employees.

Lack of growth opportunities. Although no fancy titles here for support staff due to company' s structure (it's a giant in technical aspect so focus is more on the technical staff) but pay is just as good or even better than smaller companies with all these fancy job titles for support staff! Other than that, everything else is generally good.
