Company does not have any project in pipeline, so you maybe working on redudant project Every year ramboll do cost cuttings from august - march - they freeze hiring, terminate people on probation They implement travel freeze, however people on L9 onwards keep travelling - there is no ban, cost cuttings for irresponsible leaders. There is lot of discrimination for indian employees.
