Pluspunten
Ramp had gone thru a very large downsizing before I joined, but the team that was left was very strong and really got that they were in rebuilding mode. Very realistic in the way they approached running lean and mean, and everyone pitched in together and worked well together. That is, until the new CEO came in, and the wheels fell completely off almost over night.
Minpunten
Since they were small, everyone had to wear multiple hats and that became difficult to do well all the time. This was before new management. Once new management came in, the game was changed forever. Dishonesty and mistrust ruled the day, and new management treated all employees - new and old - with disdain and a total lack of respect.
