Lack of communication. Owner is very old man taking over his son's bad management of several years so there was horrible chain of command, instructions, bad equipment and all the company does is take over other insurance companies without the proper databases to manage the tasks required and then complicates matters by not updating or giving employees the tools needed. The office furniture and computer equipment was in poor condition and pieces.

You will have nice coworkers.

Minpunten

They set goals so high that it is impossible to qualify for bonuses. If you should qualify, they complain about paying it. Then raise the bar higher. Don't fall for their BS lines of how much money you can make. It won't happen, which is why they have a revolving door for new hires.
