Pluspunten
The people are amazing. It's a diverse crew of very talented, brilliant and interesting people. As an intern, you are free to explore and learn whatever you want, the work atmosphere is healthy and the studio is beautiful. It's a great opportunity to meet people and develop your skills.
Minpunten
As an intern the pay is very low (100 to 500 euros/months), but that is also common in the Netherlands. Everybody has to negociate their salary, so your payslip depends on your negociation skills (which is a debate in of itself). If you want to get hired there, you go through a "training" period with lower pay, even if you interned there. This period can last up to a year or so, and it's not guaranteed that you'll be hired after (I personally saw 2 people not get renewed in the span of 4 months there).
