-random people get promoted, sometimes not so competent people get promoted -CTO not very approachable, doesn't seem to want to get to know his employees -some program directors and client partners in certain projects provide little value to the project or delivery team -lots of projects with difficult clients with unrealistic expectations -reviews submitted anonymously by your peers and directors on your performance on every project which doesn't give much constructive feedback. Negative feedback given without concrete examples of situations to back up the feedback -really high turn over with lots of talented developers leaving constantly -rrsp matching is inadequate -still very Male dominated in management positions
