A young company run by young people. The team is really fun to work with! Although lots of hours were spent goofing around, everyone still carries their own weight and knows their roles & responsibility well enough to turn on the switch to be professional when it's required. Personal development is a high priority in company's culture and I really enjoyed the monthly TEDtalk sessions contributed by the team. Never thought I would be learning about cosplay, terrarium workshops & even financial literacy at work.

Hybrid & flexible working hours can be seen as a double edge sword at times. Although the culture is generally relaxed, with employees given autonomy to swing by the office anytime they want, project timelines are still closely monitored and can still be tight at times.
