Don’t believe any of the recent positive reviews. It’s apparent that management became aware of them and “strongly encouraged” people to post positive reviews.
The CEO is running this place into the ground with terrible decision after terrible decision. If leadership starts at the top, this place is like a fish rotting from the head down. At least the CEO hires those in his own image, as sales and marketing leadership are both equally bad leaders.
For a company that sells leadership training, it would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.
