Interns stipened is very less and sometimes unpaid internship.

I get to work on a table where I have seen a lot of experience around me and we also got experienced mentors here in rapidev Second is there are atleast 3-4 projects going on simultaneously so there was a lot to learn that how the things in the market are developed In learning perspective you I got all the options here what ever I want to learn there are not only specialist people but teams working on real world projects At the end I will say very cooperative seniors

For cons I don't see any other than a lot more conjustion and and mixed teams which could also be seen in a positive way as well
