- There are a bunch of coders and managers trying to protect themselves from the newcomers knowledge and putting several obstacles - Toxic people everywhere trying to boycott very experienced VPs that arrive to Rappi - Misconception of culture, founders privilege quantity instead of quality - Very difficult to change bad things because at Rappi several "new things" were tried by unexperienced developers playing like architects and data scientists with very bad results
