Terrible management. Threats employees horribly - over work and underpaid.

Nice office with lots of lunch options. Great clients.

Horrible culture starting at the very top. CEO publicly and offensively talks down to employees and talks negatively about clients and partners behind their backs. Employees are frequently fired for no cause. Even large groups of employees have been fired all at once. Upper management and HR is scared of the CEO but won't stand up to him as they are afraid they will get fired just like all the other employees he gets rid of based on his daily mood. If you work here, you will wake up every morning hating your life because you work for such a horrible human being and you know the stuff you see on a daily basis is not ok, but you will be scared to lose your job so you will keep quiet. If you say anything at all about the behavior, you will be let go immediately.
