\- Management, especially tech, is very immature and clueless when it comes to making important decisions - Possibly the worst approach towards the engineering practices and the way things need to be implemented. - The CTO and CEO have a very high ego and always think that they are right - Terrible people management skills when it comes to sharing or taking feedback from the team. - No product future - Hostile/Toxic work environment with a lot of blame games - Indian employees are treated like second-class citizens when compared with US employees - No transparency among the team. Communication from top to down is highly manipulated. - Be very careful when it comes to ESOPs as well as the salary.
