The people here is really good to work, i always feel supported by the ravn fellows, the team leads really care about the project and also about your career. Ravn offers certifications for you to pursue. While study time is not paid, they cover the cost of the exams. Despite all the challenges, the company stands out compared to local competitors.
Minpunten
Management could be improved. Ravn installed trackers on our work equipment, which i understand for accountability, but it created an environment where trust feels lacking. Additionally, salary increases are minimal, offer $1 per year, which makes it feel like you're not progressing financially.
