Pluspunten
Good work/life balance. New offices are great to walk around and look at as a customer but lost a bit the homely feeling of the old office. Compensation is ok-ish, but not up to par for high-end engineers. Downtown central location, but no car parking for employees.
Minpunten
As titled; the visualization team lacks steam and any concept of modern GPU technologies. It is also badly managed due to lack of personality traits from middle managers responsible for it. Avoid, unless you are a rookie in the visualization/GPU field and want to join to learn about old-style rendering pipelines. Also, there's no serious career planning and medium management sits and blocks the upward movement of newly inserted talent with loads of experience.
